1. Who we are

Terius LLC, a company registered in Georgia (country), identification number 406490177, registered address 5 Police Lane I, Floor 2, N4a, Samgori district, Tbilisi, Georgia, is the controller for the processing described below. Contact: support@terius.com.

2. What we do NOT collect

We do not collect or have access to: your private keys, seed phrase, or password; your digital assets or balances; your name, email address, phone number, or government ID; KYC/AML identity information; or advertising identifiers. No account or registration is required to use the Wallet.

3. What we collect

(a) Technical and usage data. When you use the App or visit our Site, we collect your IP address (from which approximate location may be derived), your browser user-agent, and your list of preferred languages (Accept-Language); device and application information (operating system, app version, device model); system language settings; and a technical device fingerprint. We use this for security, fraud and abuse prevention, sanctions screening, and service operation. We do not use it for advertising and do not link it to your real-world identity.

(b) Exchange records. When you use the integrated exchange feature, we store the exchange details: the order/transaction ID issued by the exchange provider, the currency pair and amounts, and the wallet addresses involved, together with the technical data described in (a). This is necessary so that your exchange history works and exchanges are not lost, and is also required in part by our exchange partners’ terms (including FixedFloat).

(c) AML check records. If you use the address screening feature, we store the checked address, the date of the check, and the result, linked to your AML account identifier (see Section 4(b)). The check itself is performed by a third-party screening provider, to which the address is transmitted.

(d) Device geolocation. With your consent, we may collect your device’s precise geolocation (via the browser or operating-system geolocation API) for sanctions screening, fraud prevention, and service security. Granting and revoking location permission is controlled through your browser or system settings, and you can withdraw consent at any time by disabling location permission for the App or Site.

(e) Other Terius services. If you use our Telegram bot or Discord server, we collect the information you provide through those platforms: for the Telegram bot — your Telegram user ID, username, and language; for the Discord server — your username, Discord ID, and global display name. This information is used to operate and moderate those services and is processed under this policy together with the data described above.

Retention: the data above is retained for a minimum of 12 months (a retention period required by our exchange partners), after which it is deleted or anonymized unless a longer period is required for security or legal reasons. Legal basis: our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service and performing our contracts with integrated service providers; for geolocation, your consent.

4. Cookies and identifiers

We use a limited number of first-party cookies and do not use advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking cookies. (a) Strictly necessary technologies: a technical cookie or local storage may be used for basic security or to remember your language or theme preference; these do not require prior consent. (b) AML account identifier: when you first use the address screening feature, with your consent we issue an internal AML account identifier (a token) that lets us recognize your account and show you your screening history and status. This identifier functions like a login or account handle and is not a cookie; it is stored on our side and linked to your screening records. It is not used for advertising and is not shared with third parties. We retain it for as long as your screening account is active. You can request deletion of your identifier and the associated screening history at any time by contacting support@terius.com; we may also delete it after a long period of inactivity. Clearing your browser or application data will not delete this identifier, because it is not stored on your device.

5. Third-party exchange and on/off-ramp services

The App provides access to exchange, swap, and fiat on/off-ramp services operated by independent third-party providers, such as FixedFloat (ff.io), ChangeNOW (changenow.io), and 1inch (1inch.io). When you use such a service, you accept that provider's terms and privacy policy within the relevant flow (for example, via the provider's consent checkbox or notice), and any information you provide is processed by that provider as an independent controller. Providers may, under their own compliance procedures, request identity verification (KYC) directly from you; Terius does not request, receive, or store your identity documents.

Notice: The exchange service is provided by FixedFloat. Creating an order confirms your agreement with the FixedFloat rules.

6. Donations

If you choose to make a voluntary donation: cryptocurrency donations are sent directly to our wallet address and require no personal information; fiat donations, if available, are processed by a third-party payment provider under its own privacy policy, and we receive only the donation amount and, where applicable, a confirmation reference.

7. App stores

If you download the App via the Apple App Store or Google Play, those stores independently collect information under their own privacy policies. We do not receive or control that information. Our store data declarations reflect the collection described in this policy.

8. If you contact us

If you email us for support, we process the information you choose to provide (such as your email address and message) solely to respond. We do not use it for marketing.

9. Data sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. We may disclose data to: our hosting/infrastructure providers acting on our behalf; our integrated exchange partners where required under their partner terms; competent authorities in response to a valid legal request; or where necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property.

10. International transfers

Our infrastructure and service providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards.

11. Your rights

Depending on your location (including under the EU/UK GDPR and the Georgian Law on Personal Data Protection), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Georgia, the Personal Data Protection Service). Note that we generally cannot link the data we hold to your real-world identity, so we may need additional information from you to locate data related to your request. Contact: support@terius.com.

12. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly process their data.

We will post updates here with a new “Last updated” date.
