Add a BIP-39 passphrase (13th/25th word) to create a hidden wallet. Even with the seed phrase, funds stay locked without that extra password.

Can Terius access or take my funds?
No. Terius is non-custodial: your keys live only on your device, and we have no way to move, freeze, or recover your money. The app is built that way on purpose — even if we wanted to, we couldn’t.
What if I lose my seed phrase or my computer breaks?
Your wallet is saved as an encrypted file — back it up. Restore on desktop or mobile with your password, your 12/24-word seed phrase, and the optional passphrase if you set one. If you lose both the file and the seed phrase, no one can recover your funds.
Which coins can I hold and send?
Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB, Tron, Solana, TON and Monero, plus tokens on those networks. You can also swap between them right inside the app.
Is Terius free to use? What fees apply?
The app itself is free. You only pay standard network fees for blockchain transactions, which go to miners and validators — not to us. Built-in exchange goes through providers (ChangeNOW, 1inch) that have their own fees, and the optional AML address check is a paid feature.
Can I swap crypto and buy with fiat?
Yes. CEX and DEX swaps run inside Terius via ChangeNOW and 1inch. You can also buy cryptocurrency with fiat through those integrated on-ramp providers. Rates and fees are shown before you confirm; any KYC is handled by the provider, not by Terius.
Can I use dApps like Uniswap, PancakeSwap or OpenSea?
Yes. Full Web3: a browser extension, WalletConnect, and an NFT gallery for Ethereum, Solana and TON. Swap, mint and sign in Uniswap, OpenSea, PancakeSwap, Getgems and thousands of other dApps from your wallet.
Desktop and mobile — what is the difference?
Few crypto wallets offer a truly multifunctional desktop app. Terius does: Windows, macOS and Linux with CEX/DEX, fiat on-ramp, AML, Web3 and NFT. The mobile app uses the same technology — three-layer encryption, keys on device, the same coins and features. Restore with your seed or encrypted file on either. Mobile download is rolling out; desktop is available now.
How is the wallet encrypted?
Three layers: an application envelope, your password (Argon2id + AES-256-GCM), and an optional BIP-39 passphrase that creates a hidden wallet. Keys never leave your device.
Can I run AML checks on my own wallet and on who I send to?
Yes. AML screening is built into Terius. Check your address and the destination before you send, so you see mixers, sanctions and exchange risk before funds can be frozen. You can also run a check on aml.terius.com.
