The wallet is also an encrypted file. Export that file and keep it somewhere you control. The file opens with the password, not instead of the seed phrase.
What the file is
On another computer, choose Recover File, pick the file, and enter the password. Leave the passphrase empty to open the main wallet. Type the passphrase to open that hidden wallet.
Anyone with the file and the password can open the wallet. Store the file as carefully as the paper phrase. The phrase is still the backup if the file is lost.
Export the file
Export the encrypted file and keep it somewhere you control. The file opens with the password. It does not replace the seed phrase.
Restore from the file
On another computer choose Recover File and enter the password. If you set a passphrase, that word is still required for the hidden wallet.
One file, no extension
The backup is a single encrypted file. It usually has no extension. On another computer, Recover File opens the system dialog so you can pick that file, then asks for its password.
