If you still have the encrypted wallet file and the password, open the file. If both the file and the seed phrase are gone, nobody can restore the funds, including Terius.
What still works
A forgotten password is fine if you still have the seed phrase: restore from the phrase and set a new password.
A forgotten passphrase is not fine. That hidden wallet cannot be opened. There is no reset.
The file can still open this copy
If the encrypted file is still on this computer and you know the password, this copy still opens. That does not recreate the phrase.
Without the phrase and the file
If the phrase is lost and the file is gone, the wallet cannot be restored. Terius does not have a backup of it.
A forgotten password is not a lost phrase
The password only opens the file on this device. If the password is forgotten and the phrase is still written down, Recover Phrase builds the wallet again. If the phrase is gone and the file is gone, there is nothing to open.
